Cheryl Brost is the wife and 43-year-old mother of two who takes on women half her age. Cheryl is most recently a three time World CrossFit Games Competitor who holds an illustrious academic and athletic resume. In her first year of CrossFit, Cheryl finished 13th at the 2010 Reebok CrossFit Games, in 2011 climbing the ranks to finish 7th overall, 15th overall at the 2012 Games, and finishing 2nd in the world in the 40-44 Masters Division at the 2014 Games.  Already qualifying for the 2013 Masters Reebok CrossFit World Games, Cheryl ruptured her Achilles tendon while competing to take 1st place overall at the North West CrossFit Regional in the open division.  Cheryl is the official spokeswoman of “LivOn LabsTM“.
